Billionaire Wealth Tax

While the bills are technically not subject to 2022 "cut-off" (deadlnes) because they have 2022 fiscal notes, legislators are instead eying a one-time "sales tax holiday" for those with disposable income instead. The billionaire wealth tax would've made the wealthiest in our state pay for needed investments in our communities just like the rest of us already do.
